This sander is not yet priced. It may be only a ValSpar primer promotion. Buy a gallon of primer and get a free sander. Sounds pretty good doesn't it? This sander is quite a bit better than other blocks out there today, but doesn't hold a candle to the standard 9" AFS. It would be very well suited for collision repair shops, where absolute accuracy isn't always required.

It only takes one hand to operate it because the arch in the handle distributes pressure to the ends, which flexes the base member to meet the body panel. Two hands would work better to insure that the sander meets the panel perfectly.

I've used the sander and it seems to work pretty well. It's picked out a few lows for me. I think there will be a Cobra II.

If you're a PPG rep or Dupont rep, I could create something special for you as well.

It started has a Valspar primer promotion, but ended up turning into quite an attractive piece, then got my wheel turning again.

Check out the space in between the handle and base, there's a reason for that.

No two Cobras are the same.

I put my info on my sander so people don't loose the information.

The Cobra logo.

Powerful multiple pole magnetic strips allow the sander and base to move independently. Sort of like a train on it's tracks.

The base of the sander and stainless base plate lock together like castle blocks, only these castle blocks have an added surprise.

Here you can see how well it's put together.
