36" Classic

When you're shaping really matters this is going to be the judge. I use it for checking my mud work that has been blocked with the 27” sander and of course blocking my primer fillers and clear coats.

It's made out of a 10lb. density foam, has a .063" 7075-T6 Aluminum base. Nylon 6 rod chases within. It also comes with 3 - 1/4" and 3 - 3/16" fully hardened rods and some extra end caps.

The 7075-T6 base is new to the sander and the main reason for the price change. I really didn't like using the unealed aluminum and don't plan on using it ever again. I want my products to be the best they can be and last for years, so the old unealed alum had to go.
